The FINEPCR FMS2/110V benchtop analog mini multifunctional shaker uses 110V/220V/230V AC at speeds between 5 and 90rpm, a 20 x 20cm (W x D) platform, an 18mm orbital motion range, an adjustable tilt angle, a dual mat, and a sealed construction that prevents heat transfer from the motor to the platform for use in incubators and cold chambers. (W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; D is depth, the horizontal distance from front to back.) This shaker has a rotary control knob for speed. The orbital motion range provides uniform mixing with a smooth continuous circular action when the unit is operated without a tilt angle. Tilt angles of 5, 10, 15, or 20 degrees ensure even mixing with more vigorous agitation. Applications for this shaker include working with gels and blotting.The platform includes a dual mat that is smooth on one side with dimples on the reverse. The dimpled side has two different distances between the dimples in each horizontal and vertical row to accommodate both 15ml and 50ml conical tubes.
